Arcadis will soon deliver a new emblematic address for Gecina in the heart of Paris's Golden Triangle.

Arcadis, an international engineering and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the delivery to Gecina in the coming weeks of the prime office asset “Icone”, located at 32 rue Marbeuf in Paris’s Golden Triangle.

An ambitious and daring project

The result of a major restructuring led by Arcadis on behalf of Gecina and designed by the architectural firm PCA – Stream, "Icone" revisits the building's original Art Deco lines, while integrating tenant expectations. With a total surface area of ​​12.000 m2, the asset now offers modular, light-filled spaces, organized around a spectacular 14-meter-high atrium. "Icone" also stands out for its range of tailor-made services that meet users' new requirements and for its rooftop terraces offering breathtaking views of Paris. The building was designed to meet the highest environmental standards, as evidenced by the six most demanding certifications and labels it has sought in this area.

Recognized collaborations and expertise

The project mobilized the project management and engineering expertise of Arcadis, which coordinated the studies and ensured the execution of the project, including in particular the management of the works and quality control.
