Using only an address, the platform aggregates known and up-to-date data to accelerate feasibility studies and improve the quality of analyses produced from the earliest stages.

Users can effortlessly access all GIS data via automatically generated, always up-to-date maps, with the option to download the vector data needed for their own projects. This centralization eliminates the need for multiple searches and ensures a consistent and reliable interpretation of the territory.

The tool also allows for the immediate identification of a site's potential and constraints. Urban planning regulations (PLU), protected architectural zones, natural and technological risks, heating networks, land values, sales data, active mobility options, and public transport are all brought together on a single interface to secure the initial project guidelines.

Finally, the site study incorporates the analysis of ecological alternatives. Photovoltaic potential, impermeability calculations, biodiversity issues, rainwater harvesting and reuse: these indicators make it possible to detect available environmental levers and measure their impact from the initial planning stages.

An urban and building envelope study

Albedya then allows you to automatically generate urban 3D with IGN data, import 3D models, and simulate the building envelope within its real environment.

Albedya is innovating by inventing a "climate stethoscope" that provides real-time solar exposure data, accurate to the minute, year-round at any given location, making climate analysis readily accessible to a wider audience. Thanks to integrated algorithms, users can precisely visualize the view from the street, the light intensity, and the solar exposure on building facades at different times of the year.

Sunshades, canopies, or vertical elements can be adjusted directly on the facade using parametric components. Dimensioning is performed in real time, via pre-installed parametric components, with immediate visual feedback.

A localized dynamic thermal simulation

Finally, the platform allows users to trigger a dynamic thermal simulation at the room scale, directly from the facade. With a single click, the user positions a volume, configures the climate, use, occupancy, systems, glazing, and solar shading.
