Airvance Group establishes itself in Luxembourg with the acquisition of Vecoflex

The company VECOFLEX, Luxembourg distributor of ventilation, insulation and all flexible products for the building industry, has signed an agreement to sell the majority of its capital to the AIRVANCE Group, an international group specializing in ventilation and indoor air quality for commercial and residential buildings.

Mr. Raymond GELEBIOWSKI is the founder of VECOFLEX and has associated his 2 sons with the management of the company: Mr. Johan GELEBIOWSKI and Mr. JoUrey GELEBIOWSKI. They will continue the development of the company during a transition period with Raymond and under the responsibility of Mr. Bruno VILASECA, Director of the area within the AIRVANCE Group.

The AIRVANCE Group is thus continuing its external growth strategy initiated in 2020, and is strengthening its position in the region to now be directly present on the Luxembourg market. This acquisition will enable the AIRVANCE Group to create significant synergies and new business opportunities in collaboration with the Group's other regional players.
