The company is deploying a dedicated team of technical trainers across the country to support tradespeople during their first reflective insulation installation projects. The goal is to ensure safe implementation and to pass on best practices directly in the field.

Practical support from the very first project

The performance of an insulation solution depends as much on the quality of the product as on its installation. Aware of this challenge, Actis has assembled a national team of technical experts, coordinated by Émilie Martinet.

These technical trainers work directly with craftsmen to support them in the implementation of Actis alveolar reflective insulation, including Hybris, Triso-Toiture, Triso Hybrid, Boost'R Hybrid, Triso Super 12+ or Hybris Façade.

During these support sessions, they:

• explain the characteristics and performance of the products,
• guide professionals in the installation process.
• draw attention to key implementation points,
• guarantee an installation that complies with best practices.

In the event of a question or specific situation on site, tradespeople can also contact these experts remotely or directly on site.

Training craftsmen as close as possible to the field

In parallel, Actis technical trainers participate in technical mornings organized at building material suppliers, alongside the sales teams.

These training sessions allow craftsmen to discover Actis insulation solutions through educational models reproducing walls and roofs, facilitating the understanding of installation techniques and the specificities of reflective insulation.

Expertise deployed across the entire territory

Distributed throughout France, the technical trainers operate in a dedicated geographical area, supporting the Actis sales network and partner distributors.

This support scheme is already proving very successful: more than 250 initial projects were supported in 2025, in both the residential and commercial sectors.
