Acorus wins Oreno and receives support from France 2030 for its Yatou energy renovation offer

As part of this program, Acorus will benefit from funding of up to €408.839 to deploy and strengthen its YATOU offering, an “all-inclusive” energy renovation solution for small and medium-sized co-ownerships, deployed since spring 2024.

YATOU, an innovative offer to accelerate energy renovation

Acorus designed YATOU in response to the difficulties of the condominium renovation market, particularly for residences with fewer than 50 units (78% of French condominiums), which often face lengthy decision-making processes and significant financial obstacles. Among them, 259.288 condominiums have an energy rating of E, F, or G (36% of the total stock) and suffer from a lack of support in energy renovation, often neglected by professionals due to their lower profitability. This situation compromises the completion of comprehensive energy renovation work on these buildings, both on the private and common areas, which alone can improve their energy performance by at least 35% to meet France's growing regulatory requirements and environmental objectives.

With the support of four key partners – Casbâ (energy study), Synergiec (project management and financing assistance), Amoa (financial engineering and project management software dedicated to AMO in co-ownerships) and Energies Demain (design office) – YATOU offers an integrated solution that allows the design of works adapted to the co-ownership and to carry them out with only two general meetings of co-owners, compared to three to four currently.

A springboard for growth and innovation

The integration of Acorus into the ORENO program reinforces the company's strategy, which aims to accelerate the volume of condominium renovations by 20%.

The support from France 2030 via ADEME is recognition of our commitment and a fantastic opportunity to roll out our offering on a larger scale. YATOU aims to renovate 6.500 co-ownerships by 2035, across all agency networks, for a cumulative value of approximately three billion euros."
