Acorus-Sertra confirms its growth in the North and opens a new branch in Tourcoing

With four operational agencies in the Hauts-de-France region and a healthy order book, Acorus-Sertra is approaching 2026 with firm ambitions: to conquer the Lille metropolitan area, open a new agency in Tourcoing and continue its diversification.

Record volume of activity with social housing providers in the region

Acorus-Sertra operates across all building trades: painting, electrical work, tiling, carpentry, and plumbing, supporting social housing providers with the refurbishment of their properties between tenants, routine maintenance, and renovation work. With 2.000 interventions and projects completed annually, the company ensures a responsive on-the-ground presence through its four branches located in Maresquel, Longuenesse, Outreau, and Loos-en-Gohelle, and its 34 permanent employees who are fully committed to providing daily service.

In 2025, Acorus-Sertra recorded a turnover of 4,6 million euros, an increase compared to the 4,3 million achieved in 2024. This growth testifies to the solidity of the company's operating model and the renewed confidence of its lessor clients, while also reflecting the first positive effects of the integration within the Acorus Group.

Tourcoing, a bridgehead to the Lille metropolis

The key ambition for 2026 is clear: to establish itself as the leading partner for social housing providers in the Lille metropolitan area. To achieve this, Acorus-Sertra will open a new branch in Tourcoing, ensuring a local presence in one of the most densely populated areas of France in terms of social housing. This fifth branch will complement the existing territorial network, offering the responsiveness and local roots essential for meeting the volume and requirements of these institutional clients.

A committed diversification strategy, illustrated by a contract with the SNCF (French National Railway Company).

Alongside its core business with social housing providers, Acorus-Sertra is continuing its diversification strategy in 2026. Since the merger in September 2025, Acorus-Sertra has leveraged the Acorus Group's network and expertise to expand its scope of operations. It is this combined strength that enabled it to win a tender from SNCF (the French National Railway Company) for the renovation of its offices in Lille. This project will include scaffolding, asbestos removal, and subsequent work involving painting, flooring, and carpentry. This contract demonstrates Acorus-Sertra's ability to mobilize its full range of expertise across all trades, extending beyond the social housing sector alone.

Recruitment is planned to support growth

To support this growth momentum, Acorus-Sertra plans to recruit 11 people in 2026: ten specialized technicians and one supervisor. These hires will strengthen existing teams, staff the new Tourcoing branch, and meet the increasing volume of interventions expected throughout the region.
