
As part of this multi-year framework agreement, Acorus will be responsible for numerous work packages, including the renovation of rooms, common areas and exteriors for the well-being of residents. Over the next three years, the work will cover a wide range of trades: HVAC, joinery, painting, plastering, resurfacing, floor coverings, metalwork, plumbing, electricity, etc. The work will also be carried out in the offices, rest rooms, treatment stations and tea rooms to improve the comfort of the teams in particular.
Risk prevention at the heart of concerns
Aware of the specific challenges related to the renovation of establishments open to the public, Acorus will do everything possible to minimize nuisances and guarantee the safety of clinics and retirement homes. A rigorous prevention plan will be put in place, including in particular: Reinforcement of cleaning services in and around work areas. Protection of medical equipment and supplies intended for care. Implementation of measures to demarcate work areas to avoid any contact with patients, residents and teams.

With its experience in the renovation of hospitals, airports, social housing and public buildings, Acorus is perfectly equipped to successfully carry out this type of project.
