Acorus Bordeaux launches facade renovation

A booming market

Until now, the facade renovation market in Gironde was addressed by few companies. Driven by customer demand, Acorus Bordeaux (€10,5 million in revenue, 125 employees) decided to launch this activity to offer a competitive and innovative alternative. With its expertise in eco-renovation, Acorus Bordeaux brings a new dynamic to the sector by offering sustainable and aesthetic solutions for building facades.

Promising first successes

By the end of 2024, Acorus Bordeaux had won three significant contracts, demonstrating the relevance of its offering. In 2025, the company will carry out the facade renovation of several sites:

• Saint-Géry School in Gradignan: a three-month project to restore this school to its former glory.
• The Arès CCAS: a four-month project with a burnt wood façade, in homage to the pine forest ravaged by the fires of summer 2022.
• Several co-ownerships in Gironde: Interventions which demonstrate the trust of trustees and co-owners in Acorus Bordeaux.

The company is committed to using sustainable materials and innovative techniques to ensure aesthetic and high-performance results. This new business is part of the Acorus Group's overall strategy, which aims to offer an ever-more comprehensive range of eco-renovation solutions.

Recruitment to support growth

To support this new business, Acorus Bordeaux plans to recruit new talent in 2025, seeking profiles in facade renovation. These recruitments will strengthen local teams and meet growing customer demand.
