Skills operators (Opco), which finance apprenticeships and training in companies with fewer than 50 employees, can take "efficiency measures" to save 200 million euros and 1.500 jobs, a report from the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs (Igas) recommended on Tuesday, November 18.
