New aluminum slider Cuzco® 712M: Minimalist design and high energy performance

If the new sliding Cuzco^® 712M de Profils Systèmes is distinguished by its refined character, thanks in particular to an optimized central node of 22 mm, its advantages are legion. A large frame (height and width up to 3 m in the 2-leaf version) and multiple configurations of 2 to 4 leaves (maximum weight per leaf of 250 kg), up to 2 rails, in double and triple glazing (from 28 to 32 mm), testify to its ability to adapt to all layouts and all insulation needs.

With a patented heat shield (opening with 28 to 32 mm polyamide strips and frame with 42 mm polyamide strips), this new generation sliding system boasts a thermal transmission coefficient Uw of 1.0 Wm²K, in the case of a triple-glazed French window frame with 2 leaves L 2350 mm x H 2180 mm with sash 32 mm. For this same configuration, the solar factor Sw is 0.44, a generous contribution of solar heat inside the rooms which makes it possible to reduce the need for heating and therefore energy costs. Just as the light transmission factor Tlw of 0.57 induces significant natural light, so artificial lighting is a de facto lesser source of electricity savings.

Finally, the sliding Cuzco^® 712M also testifies to perfect sealing, with the most efficient AEV (air, water, wind) results, for example in the case of a 2-leaf sliding door L 2400 mm x H 2150 mm: A*3 – E*6B – V *C2.
