REP PMCB and mineral wools

The members of the FILMM were involved from the start of the creation of the eco-organization VALOBAT to which they delegated their new obligations.

Thus they welcome the establishment of a search engine on the site of the eco-organization to find waste collection points. But they want this network to become denser quickly in order to provide the service to companies and craftsmen for the recovery of their sorted waste.

They worked on collection standards which aim to define the conditions for taking back free of charge and facilitating recycling.

Indeed, glass and rock mineral wools are infinitely recyclable and are already recycled by FILMM members (notably in Orange, Saint-Eloy-les-Mines and Visé). Manufacturers continue to increase the integration of recycled materials into their insulation and their investments in specific installations at their sites.
