The European Metropolis of Lille, which currently includes 95 municipalities, carries out several missions, including the development of the urban space of Lille. To strengthen its control of interventions in the public space (works, demonstrations, various occupations, etc.) and simplify the associated procedures (orders, road permits, technical agreements, etc.), the European Metropolis of Lille has chosen the Littéralis solution from Sogelink. Thanks to this centralized and easy-to-use tool, it can now more effectively supervise work plans and ongoing projects.

Before the use of this tool, the management of the administrative acts which coordinate the works, represented a difficult task to implement on such a vast territory and, above all, including so many stakeholders. It therefore appeared essential for the European Metropolis of Lille to dematerialize all the acts for its 95 municipalities.

There is not only a political will to make things change and to facilitate the processes for the departments and the municipalities, but also, a desire to dematerialize this chain of instruction of works, in order to save time and in productivity.

The Littéralis solution, which is easy to use, intelligent and scalable, was quickly adopted by the European Metropolis of Lille for the considerable time savings it offers. Littéralis has enabled better centralization of information, the automation of the various authorizations and decrees (roads, parking, etc.) and greater visibility on construction sites and events impacting the public domain, in particular thanks to its cartographic tool and its system. spatio-temporal alerts.

The scalable and updated solution according to regulatory monitoring also allows the European Metropolis of Lille to automatically apply the regulations in force.

The Metropolis aims to integrate all the actors: the municipalities, the departments at the origin of the projects (roads, water and sanitation, etc.), the concessionaires (Enedis, GRDF, Orange and more) and all actors in the field of public space. An ambitious project that has been implemented in the 4 territorial units of the Metropolis.
