22nd Silver Pyramids Awards Ceremony: FPI Hauts-de-France recognizes 9 exemplary real estate projects

In the presence of Jean-Michel Sède, president of the FPI Hauts-de-France, and Pascal Boulanger, president of the FPI France, the partners of the initiative unveiled this year's winners. This edition recognized nine residential and commercial projects distinguished by their architectural quality, energy efficiency, innovation, or environmental performance. At a time when new construction is experiencing a historic crisis, the FPI Hauts-de-France wanted to highlight the resilience and creativity of regional developers, who continue to build projects that meet the needs of the region.

The community involved in the act of building gathered in Marcq-en-Barœul

More than 600 professionals from the sector – project owners, project managers, design offices, surveyors, notaries, local authorities – gathered at the Cité des Échanges for this convivial and inspiring evening, which has become an essential event for the profession.

The partners of the Pyramides d'Argent 2025 were: Caisse d'Épargne, GIP, SMA BTP, Apave, EDF, GRDF, Banque Populaire, Socotec, and École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (ESPI).

The main partners of the Real Estate Evening were Verspieren, Caisse d'Epargne Hauts-de-France, and Etoile du Nord. Other partners of the Real Estate Evening included Crédit Agricole, Square Habitat, Foncière de l'Erable, EDF, Projex, Vacherand, and Vinci Energies.

A regional competition before the national final

The FPI Pyramids competition recognizes the best real estate programs at the regional and national levels each year. Based on essential values ​​– energy efficiency, innovation, aesthetics, quality of use and transparency in the conduct of operations – it is first rolled out in each region, before culminating with the Gold Pyramid and the Vermeil Pyramids, awarded by a national jury.

A new feature: the Special Student Prize

For the first time, the FPI Hauts-de-France (French Federation of Real Estate Developers) has established a special Student Prize, sponsored by the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (ESPI). This unique prize allows a jury of students to reward the project that stands out for the quality of its urban integration and its responsible approach to the living environment. The FPI Hauts-de-France thus becomes the first regional federation to involve young talent in recognizing regional real estate excellence.

Excellence in regional real estate development rewarded

After reviewing 29 applications, the 2025 jury, chaired by Benoît Poncelet, Director of the CAUE du Nord, met behind closed doors on September 16 and 17 to select the winners. Eight Silver Pyramids were awarded, as well as a special student prize presented by the students of ESPI.

The end of the Pinel scheme and the national political context have created the conditions for a collapse in private investment, which poses a major risk to employment in the construction sector. But we are not giving up. This Silver Pyramids ceremony demonstrates that our region can count on dynamic and resilient professionals who are fighting to develop quality projects and meet the housing needs of our citizens.”
