Thanks to patented construction processes and the use of recycled materials, this innovative eco-construction solution transforms housing into a carbon sink.
Naturadôme's philosophy is based on rapid standardized processes and the use of local materials, mainly from the circular economy.
The concept is based on a green dome structure comprising two facades, wood chip insulation and a recycled steel vault with a negative construction carbon footprint.

POLATO GROUP, for the operation Le Hameau de la Confiserie in Pechbonnieu (31).
On the site of a former confectionery factory, this operation was designed to provide housing, services and activities.
A mixed development permit allowed the creation of four individual houses adapted to each residential route, a 130 m² micro-crèche and a 170 m² medical center.

RÉNOV'ALTO, for Les Charmilles, transformation of the 4th floor of a 4.000 m² building of which the other levels are inhabited, in Beaumont (63).
This 17-bed EPAHD, which is not economically viable, is becoming a senior residence with 14 apartments in the continuity of the lower floors, with a co-working space and a hair salon.
Three challenges were met: responding to the requirements of occupational therapists for the spaces allocated to each apartment, carrying out the work while the three lower floors and the ground floor were occupied by residents and finally harmonizing the fourth floor project with the other work to be carried out in the residence.

MDH PROMOTION, for the Les Séquentielles operation, in Bry-sur-Marne (94).
This affordable access program thanks to the Real Solidarity Lease (BRS) has made it possible to build 38 apartments between 30 and 40% less than the market price. The apartments are equipped with home automation and have one or more private outdoor spaces or private gardens on the ground floor.
This residential complex is divided into three units which have received a differentiated architectural treatment and validated by the ABF.

MAISONS DU VAL, for Mathilde and Louise’s Garden, in Croisic (44).
In a municipally developed subdivision with land at sale prices 50% lower than the local market with the aim of promoting home ownership, the construction processes and material choices have been optimized to enable the construction of an affordable single-family home without sacrificing quality or environmental performance.

TRECOBAT, for the Nature farmhouse concept, in Saint-Pabu (29).
This concept of a farmhouse with its narrow façade and fully clad roof is part of an original format of "natural densification" and in the trajectory of carbon neutrality by 2050. The innovative off-site construction on the entire envelope borrows from nature, thanks to screw piles for the foundations, land without artificializing it, and uses a large proportion of renewable or recycled raw materials.

This apartment building combining social rental housing, PSLA, affordable housing and home ownership, offers 30 housing units without vis-à-vis and sheltered from view, allowing a privileged relationship with the outside thanks to balconies or private gardens for the apartments and landscaped gardens and patios for the houses. Houses designed to be scalable with the possibility of fitting out additional spaces such as an office, a games room or a workshop.

This 230 m² villa built on a steep mountain slope, overlooks Lac du Bourget and was custom-designed to meet the needs of an intergenerational family with open and friendly spaces to meet up and private areas designed to offer tranquility and comfort to everyone.

GILLES FAGES CONSTRUCTIONS, for L'Hermitage in Narbonne (11).
Stopped at the watertight stage following a dispute over the height of the construction with the neighbors, the house is completed by the builder in order to offer it for sale.
The new owners will then entrust him with a new project in order to adapt the house to their desires by modifying and enlarging it through numerous adaptations and extensions as well as by developing the surroundings and creating additional facilities including a 25 m² swimming pool, a cinema, a cellar, etc.

PHILIA PROMOTION IMMOBILIÈRE, for the Les Jeunes Bois operation, in Châteaufort (78).
Located at the entrance to the town on an area of 4,5 hectares, this development project, which constitutes a real piece of the city, was guided by the principles of ecological and urban continuity, rainwater management and urban and social diversity. After 13 years of design and studies, the project has entered the operational phase and will develop 65 housing units (17 social housing units, 39 collective housing units for sale and 9 townhouses), a residence for students and young workers with 184 rooms, an 80-room hotel and 2.840 m² of shops and commercial services.

Winner of a competition organized by the municipality to award a ZAC concession on its last two building zones with a view to creating 57 building plots and 12 social housing units, this operation is based on a development principle combining optimization of spaces, reduction of carbon emissions, strengthening of biodiversity and affordable housing.

THE DEVELOPERS OF GREATER PARIS, a group of MDH PROMOTION, PARIS OUEST PROMOTION and PIERRE ETOILE, for the Parc du Lac eco-district in Voisins-le-Bretonneux (78).
Located in a 10-hectare park at the entrance to the city, this operation, which is the subject of 15 building permits, offers 545 new eco-responsible housing units including 171 apartments for sale, 92 intermediate housing units, 32 serviced residence units, 68 PSLA and BRS assisted housing units, 182 social rental units and 1.500 m² of shops and services.

On the site of a clinic that had been abandoned for over 15 years, at the southern entrance to the city, an intergenerational residence with 150 homes was built thanks to a little-known urban planning procedure: the project declaration, which allows for a modification of the regulations for a project intended to be of general interest.
In addition to the residence which accommodates a population of seniors, young workers and students, the project also plans the creation of offices and a hotel with a tertiary operation of 3.000 m².

This renovation of a family home is part of an approach to preserving family heritage and Corsican cultural heritage.
To achieve its realization, several challenges were overcome, including logistical challenges, due to the location of the village in the mountains and access constraints requiring the creation of a bypass.

On a traditional 360 m² Languedoc village mansion in an advanced state of disrepair, this renovation, which includes in particular complete repair of the roof, upgrading to standards, and restructuring of the structures and spaces in the different parts of the building, has made it possible to offer five guest rooms and two private apartments benefiting from a high level of equipment and interior decoration.

YVELINES TRADITION, for the Terraces of Bougival (78).
Starting from an old, uninhabitable hovel in a quarry area on a difficult plot of land, the project consisted of renovating and extending the existing building to create a contemporary 202 m² villa. An operation that maximizes the living space while respecting town planning regulations.
