2024 CSR Report “Sustainable Roofing”, Edilians Groupe is committed to building and renovating sustainably

For the third consecutive year, the publication of its CSR report highlights the 2023 progress and demonstrates its concrete, collective and realistic commitment: acting for a sustainable and low-carbon economy, while respecting its teams and the areas in which it is established.

With quantifiable objectives for 2025 and 2030 based on four structuring pillars, EDILIANS GROUP, as a major player in energy and environmental transitions, has built its CSR policy with the desire to inspire a new model for the entire industry in its sector. The latest edition of its CSR report illustrates some of the significant advances made in 2023 to which it is committed today and for the years to come:

• The Human by offering enriching human paths with the signing last June, in France, of a company agreement on professional equality between women and men, diversity and disability, explaining the Group's means of action on these three commitments. In 2023, EDILIANS GROUP organized its first DuoDay on the national territory for the inclusion of people with disabilities. At the same time, to strengthen the safety of the work environment and equipment, 700 FORCE (Training, Observation, Reaction, Control, Team) tours took place on the production sites.
• The environment by massively reducing its carbon footprint through the acquisition of Ceritherm, a manufacturer of industrial furnaces and a pioneer in energy efficiency, strengthening EDILIANS GROUP's expertise in decarbonizing its industrial tool. Added to this is the deployment of the Electron project to reduce electricity consumption and obtaining ISO 50001 certification for 3 new sites, bringing the total to 11 out of 14 factories. With a 5,5% reduction in direct carbon emissions per tonne of tiles produced in France compared to 2021, EDILIANS Group's trajectory is in line with its objective of -30% in 2030!
• Local Anchoring through the annual training of more than 200 roofers at the Edilians Academy and in its six regional centers on its comprehensive offering dedicated to energy renovation and the integration of renewable energies with, in 2023, 400 of them having benefited from training in BP electrical qualification for the installation of photovoltaic solutions.
• The governance by confirming its support for the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact. At the same time, the company is renewing its EcoVadis silver medal in France and Edilians Tech is obtaining the platinum medal.
