Participating in the financing of their own company's offices is an idea that appeals to more than 62% of French people. Only 21% say they are opposed to this type of system and 17% are still waiting.

At what interest rate?

Who says investment, says interest rate. On this point, opinions differ. Thus, 41% believe that the remuneration for a crowdfunding investment for their company's offices must have an annual interest rate of between 7 and 8% and 28% between 5 and 6%. Finally, as a third choice, 26% opt for a rate between 9 and 10%.

And for how long ?

Regarding the duration of the financing operation, almost half of the employees want to be reimbursed the capital invested at the end of a period of between 3 and 4 years.

To the question “Would you be ready to offer your company this investment innovation in your own offices?” », more than 52% of employees respond in the affirmative. 22% are still in doubt and only 26% do not wish to promote this type of device.

Better informed French people…

In 2019, only 1/3 of French people knew about real estate crowdfunding (sources OpinionWay). 4 years later, more than 53% of French people have already heard of this method of investment.

Real estate investment via crowdfunding platforms is attracting more and more French people. Today, more than 68% say they are interested in crowdfunding. A desire that only 13% do not share, while 19% still have a few questions…

A simple and quick approach

The company wishing to finance its premises by its employees can submit its request on the website bricks.co/porteurs-de-projet. Once the request is received, it will be carefully studied, and a response will be sent to the company within 10 working days.

If the file is validated, the financing campaign is then launched on the platform, and the company's employees can participate in financing their own premises.
