At a time when the context of the profession is becoming more complex, when new difficulties appear (decline in transactions, slowdown in construction and rentals, increase in costs, etc.) but also at the heart of a profession and a sector where new opportunities (change of view on the DPE and the role of the diagnostician, energy renovation markets, etc.), the two federations judged that the time had come to come together and combine their talents.
Neither union nor merger, this respectful rapprochement of the histories, achievements, members, services and partners of each entity is effective today on the political level and in terms of institutional representation.
FIDI and CDI-FNAIM will now speak with one voice.
For Yannick Ainouche, President of the CDI-FNAIM: “The FIDI&CDI-FNAIM Alliance was born from a common vision between the two federations, and I am pleased that this proposal has found positive resonance within our two boards of directors. This alliance is above all a common project, and I believe in working collectively. Our sector needs to be more united than ever around the major challenges that await it: regulatory developments, the expectations of our institutions and our fellow citizens, the employability of our candidates, etc. There is no shortage of challenges! With Lionel Janot, we want to carry out a collective project around an ambitious team, in order to make the FIDI&CDI-FNAIM Real Estate Diagnostic Alliance a key player that influences public debates and the future of our sector. »
For Lionel Janot, President of FIDI: “The words of our administrators were strong when we proposed the Alliance project to them: “Finally! ...An obvious fact and a necessity for the sector...We will benefit from listening to each other, understanding each other, respecting each other and acting together...". I am delighted with the new impetus that we are giving to our federations and to the profession by deciding to combine our forces to defend our convictions, to carry our proposals and to project the profession into a future driven by our shared values: Expertise and Compliance – Involvement and Responsibility of the entrepreneur – Attachment to the land and to people. Our profession will be grown, better recognized and more attractive! The FIDI&CDI-FNAIM Alliance is an additional guarantee given to the public, clients, real estate professionals and public authorities that “trusted third party” diagnosticians are committed to serving health, safety and the climate. . »
The FIDI&CDI-FNAIM Real Estate Diagnostic Alliance: principle and vision
Over the last two months, a joint steering body comprising 4 administrators from each federation has co-constructed a common vision - Vocation, Mission, Values -, and developed the structuring axes of a joint Political Platform using an open method and collaborative. This political platform will be presented before the summer.
Its main axes will be structured as follows:
- Promoting the sector and the profession, and those who do it:
- Promote the strength of the network and its diversity, guarantors of independence and responsiveness of intervention
- Putting yourself at the service of entrepreneurship: help and support for creators and entrepreneurs
- Promote the value and attractiveness of the profession: among young people, the general public, real estate professionals, notaries, public authorities
- Promote the essential role of the sector in favor of the climate, health, safety and real estate transformation.
- The defense of a regulated and regulatory profession which intends to organize itself to fight against anomalies:
- Propose means (information, training, workshops, tools, etc.) improving the daily mastery of the profession by those who practice it,
- Take positions and take actions targeting companies and diagnosticians, training organizations or certifiers who do not respect the rules,
- Maintain the conditions of independence and impartiality and challenge the models which transform diagnosticians into executors without added value,
- Sustain the CPR offer for the profession.
- Work on the existence and “social” recognition of the sector with the creation of a professional branch:
- Promote the human dimension and specific skills of the profession,
- Write and promote a professional reference framework,
- Create the conditions and work towards the recognition of a particular social framework: creation of a state diploma/professional title, training/Opco-FAF, social and salary negotiation, etc.
- Seek ways to better finance compulsory professional training for employees and the self-employed,
- Give the profession its “letter of nobility” through official recognition of skills.
- Affirmation of attachment to individual skills certification with the objective of working on the “lacks” of this system:
- Vision for employers of the career paths of their employees,
- Accountability of certified people for their performance, their professional background, their level of requirements, their impact on the company's claims experience, etc.
- Institutionalized longitudinal monitoring of certificate holders by pooling information held by OFs, OCs and platforms such as the Ademe Observatory.
- The promotion to the public of a form of union "guarantee" that the diagnostician fully fulfills his role as a trusted third party, for certified activities....and others:
- Administrative checks of members and corresponding signs of recognition,
- Qualifications issued by federations for non-certified activities not subject to accreditation,
- Means and tools for improving skills and indicators of this improvement,
- Support for diagnosticians in the dimensions of human contact and advice.
