With the goal of setting an example in style, design, technology and sustainability, the project offers 134.443 square feet of new Class A space, with approximately 20.000 square feet of open-concept flexible floor space divisible into a range of sizes starting from 10.568 square feet.

The brickwork pattern here gives the façade its full dimension, enlivening and structuring it with elegance. Thanks to varied patterns, in stacks or staggered, the composition gains character and originality, offering a rhythmic and contemporary architectural interpretation.

The careful installation creates a subtle interplay of light and shadow that reveals the richness of the Eucalyptus and Montgris 2 hues. This precise implementation enhances the material while reinforcing the overall aesthetics of the facade, where design and performance are harmoniously combined.

The Natural X fixing system, developed and manufactured by Ash & Lacy, guarantees reliable and durable installation. Its mechanical design ensures robust fixing, suitable for the most demanding constraints, while preserving the elegance of the architectural finish.

The aesthetic approach continues in the openings: the integration of the Eucalyptus color around the joinery brings a dynamic and contrasting touch, highlighting the mineral and elegant shade of Montgris 2. A dialogue of colors and textures designed to give rhythm and affirm the character of the facade.

The double-fired Eucalyptus color enamel, both deep and vibrant, blends subtly with the softer tones of the Montgris 2 engobe. The alternation of matte and glossy finishes, combined with a graphic and refined layout, gives the whole a strong, warm and contemporary personality.
