10 craft building companies awarded at the 2025 Heritage and Environment Craftsmen Trophies

A truly beautiful ceremony during which nearly 80 participants rediscovered the richness and diversity of the trades, as well as all the passion and commitment that drive our artisans. Nathalie CENCI, Secretary General of the Haute-Loire Prefecture, Elisabeth Ouillon-Pellissier, Regional Councillor, and Michel Chapuis, Mayor of Le Puy-en-Velay, honored us with their presence.

The CAPEB Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Trophies reward companies in 5 categories of trophies: transmission of know-how, integration of energy issues, architectural and cultural respect, promotion of heritage professions, traditional know-how prize, as well as a special jury prize. Finally, 2 additional awards offered by our partner PRO BTP are also awarded.

The Trophées des artisans du Patrimoine et de l'Environnement offer a great opportunity for these committed artisans to promote their expertise and passion for exceptional works. An event that also highlights the daily involvement of craft businesses in the preservation and enhancement of ancient heritage, guarantor of our historical and cultural heritage, while respecting the environment and regional styles.

Hervé Martineau Company (Rhône)

Awarded for the enhancement of the site of a 16th-century Bresse farm.

Category Integration of energy issues

Taranis Company (Haute-Loire)

Awarded for the insulation of a dwelling and a staircase in a mid-19th century farmhouse.

Category Promotion of heritage professions

Les Toitures d'Auvergne Company (Cantal)

Awarded for 2 projects:

• Maintenance and securing of a slate roof of a 15th century castle.
• Maintenance and securing of a slate roof of a castle dating from 1278.

ARDESIA Roofing and Zinc Work Company (Puy-de-Dôme)

Awarded for the renovation of a nursery school's shingle roof using natural slate.

Burlett Jean-Noël Company (Savoie)

Awarded for the restoration of the Avérole rectory from 1760, into an exhibition space.

Benjamin Devèze Company (Isère)

Awarded for the restoration of the floor of the Chapel of the Nativity in Narbonne en Chartreuse.

Trophy presented by Marie-Françoise Bonnard, Deputy Regional Delegate, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Heritage Foundation.

Traditional Know-How Category – Prize No. 3

Characterful masonry company (Isère)

Awarded for the restoration of cob walls on an 18th century agricultural and residential building.

Special Jury Award

Romain Grenier Company (Cantal)

Awarded for the restoration of a traditional 1880s mountain hut in the Cantal mountains.

Trophy presented by Nathalie Cencic, Secretary General of the Haute-Loire Prefecture.

Two PRO BTP awards were also presented by Nicolas Grosselin – Regional Director and Cécile Pellet – Craft Advisor for Haute-Loire at PRO BTP AURA

• Seisson carpentry company for the renovation and restructuring of an oriel window on an early 20th-century building (Savoie)
• Valmin Lorey company for the restoration of the furniture and woodwork of a late 19th century church (Isère)
