Only one social landlord in France has had public aid suspended for failure to maintain its property, the landlord "13 Habitat", in Martigues, near Marseille, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, announced the Minister Delegate for Urban Affairs Juliette Méadel on Friday, July 25.
