Renodays takes on a new dimension by joining the Paris Builders Show

By opening up to an international dimension and a global approach to the sector, the Forum strengthens its ambition while retaining its DNA: innovative exchange formats and experts from all backgrounds to decipher the major challenges of the building industry.

A new strategic direction for comprehensive and sustainable renovation

Now an annual event, integrated every other year into the Paris Builders Show, the RENODAYS Forum affirms its new positioning focused on comprehensive renovation. This event provides complementary strategic insights to the BATIMAT, IDÉOBAIN, and INTERCLIMA trade shows, going beyond mere energy performance to rethink the very use of spaces. The ambition is to design adaptable spaces, suited to each stage of life, thus transforming renovation into a major driver of heritage value and social inclusion.

By placing the resident at the heart of each project, the event explores a 360° vision of the sector. The themes addressed reflect this complexity: from comfort and health in buildings, to property management, digital technology, material circularity, and adapting housing to new lifestyles.

A European opening to compare expertise

The RENODAYS Forum is taking a new step forward by adopting a European dimension. This edition will welcome speakers and exhibitors from Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Portugal. This international momentum, initiated during the Builders Roadshow held from February to May, allows for the exchange of perspectives and the sharing of best practices across the continent. This cross-border dialogue offers a unique opportunity to gauge the pulse of the renovation market far beyond French borders.

An ecosystem of innovation and concrete solutions

To embody this new dimension, Pavilion 7.1 will be transformed for two days into a true renovation acceleration platform, bringing together some forty exhibitors. The event prioritizes interactive and dynamic formats, combining in-depth discussions with concrete practical applications. The RENODAYS Forum is built on continuous exchange, fundamentally transforming the visitor experience.

The event's architecture is structured around a series of fast-paced sessions mixing high-level debates on the major challenges of the sector, exchanges between exhibitors and visitors to discover disruptive innovations, and meetings to delve deeper into concrete cases with experts.

The visitor route is structured by 10 distinct areas:

• Renotalks: a stage entirely dedicated to debates and meetings around the major issues of renovation with a rich and diverse panel of speakers.
• Solutions & Services: In this space, industrial exhibitors, service companies and financing specialists have the opportunity to present their solutions and applications in a program of masterclasses and workshops.
• Standards & Regulations: this section addresses regulatory developments and French and European standards, presents new mechanisms put in place and thus provides the keys to removing the still too numerous obstacles to the overall renovation of all buildings (housing, commercial, public, etc.)
• Putting into practice: concrete workshops to move from theory to practice regarding energy renovation, by Dorémi.
• Renovation Tech: this is the place where start-ups and tech companies can express themselves to present their innovative solutions for renovation.
• Residents' expectations: a place and exchanges that place the resident at the heart of the renovation, their uses, their health and their comfort (in partnership with The Housing Improvement Club).
• Renovation & Condominiums: all projects, solutions and support dedicated to the renovation of condominiums and feedback from exemplary renovation projects.
• Real estate financing & valuation: financing, aid and solutions for a renovation that creates value.
• Low Carbon Solutions: products and services for low carbon and efficient renovation.
• The Renovation Café: a friendly networking space, located in the centre of the Forum and accessible to all.
