Energy renovation, regulatory compliance, maintenance planning: the financial stakes involved in managing real estate assets have never been higher. Yet, the data on which these decisions are based remains, in most cases, incomplete or outdated.

Plans that haven't been updated since the building was handed over. Equipment inventories that are either non-existent or incomplete. Technical assessments archived without any operational follow-up. For local authorities, property companies, social housing providers, and commercial real estate departments, the observation is the same: the lack of reliable knowledge of the building stock weakens the entire decision-making chain, from the multi-year works plan to the maintenance budget.

Orizons: structuring heritage knowledge from the ground up

Orizons addresses this challenge by retrieving information where it resides: within the building itself. The SaaS platform, recently integrated into Vinci Group's Leonard innovation program, is structured around two complementary components.

Orizons Collect, the mobile app for on-site surveys, allows field teams to capture the condition, technical specifications, and compliance of each piece of equipment, lot by lot, directly from the building. Orizons Supervision, the web-based management platform, centralizes this data and provides managers and decision-makers with a consolidated and up-to-date view of their entire real estate portfolio.
