Mikit announces a 40% increase in sales and a 25% increase in construction starts in the second half of 2025.

The company's model is based on the "ready-to-finish" concept, a hybrid formula combining a turnkey home (for the structural work) and self-build (for the finishing work). Faced with a housing market marked by rising costs and difficulties in accessing housing, this approach makes it possible to reduce costs while maintaining construction quality.

The real estate market has gone through a turbulent but also transformative period. The number of rental listings has fallen by 59%, while homeownership remains difficult for many households. In this context, alternative solutions like Mikit's are gaining relevance.

The new construction sector is finally recovering. Several factors are contributing to this trend: the return of the zero-interest loan (PTZ) since last April and the drop in interest rates, which improve household borrowing capacity.
